NOT A STATUS TRACKER - This is NOT a project tracking document. Do NOT add status indicators (✅ IMPLEMENTED, 📋 PLANNED, etc.) to this file.
Mixed Tense Is Intentional: This document describes both:

Purpose: When Claude reads this document in new sessions, it should understand the COMPLETE system architecture and capabilities, not get confused about what's implemented. This provides the full product vision.
For all development tasks, please follow the Standard Development Workflow (SDW) outlined at the bottom of this document.
